hey blamed it on the update process that was taking place from the diamond supplier at the exact same time as my order. So I picked out another diamond, of course more expensive & not as good in cut & clarity. We gave them an extra day due to the fact that someone has to sign for the package & wouldn't be home the day it would arrive. I then received a phone call the afternoon it was to ship out. The designer had cast the wrong setting & it would take another week to correct. Kristina, Head of Manufacturing, did try to make things right by shipping the ring so I'd have it to propose that weekend, but we had to then ship it back (postage paid & insured by them) to have the diamond reset into the correct setting. They did do a Saturday delivery, which I know is costly, and apologized for the mix ups. Pretty chaotic process to say the least & it tainted the whole excitement that I was feeling.
