h and every employee at Adiamor but never once did they make me feel like they weren’t there to help me. When it comes to customer service, having the staff you’re engaging with make you feel that way is probably the most important and easily my favorite thing about Adiamor. I spoke to Kadje, who was a joy to work with, a handful times when placing my order and she assured me that manufacturing and shipment would line up so that I would receive my order on the date that I needed it. Shipment issues occurred and when I contacted Adiamor about these new concerns Sam went above and beyond to help me by starting a 3 way call with the shipping company, making sure he voiced everyone frustrations and letting them know that these shipping hiccups were not going to be tolerated. Sam was a life saver and all-star. Big, huge thank you to Sam.
With all the stress that comes with these big life events that everyone experiences, Adiamor and their staff made sure that when I was dealing with mine, I wasn’t on my own.
